Shadow of Mordor - Middle Earth Review

Introduction:

Wow, where to start with this game? It’s just amazing — one of my all-time favourites so far. As a big Lord of the Rings fan, I couldn’t wait for its release after watching the trailers, and it did not disappoint!

Death Stranding 2: On The Beach Review

Introduction:

Death Stranding never really appealed to me when I first tried the Director’s Cut version on Epic Games. What eventually swayed me to try Death Stranding 2 was a recommendation from one of my gaming friends. That spark of curiosity turned into a leap of faith, and I decided to order it from Amazon to see if the sequel could win me over.

Ghost (1990) DVD Review – Is This Classic Romance Still Worth Watching?

Introduction:

Ghost is one of those unforgettable films that blends romance, drama, comedy, and a touch of the supernatural. Directed by Jerry Zucker and starring Patrick Swayze, Demi Moore, and Whoopi Goldberg, it became a '90s classic and remains just as moving today.

This was my first attempt at writing a DVD review, and Ghost felt like the perfect choice — it’s one of my all-time favourites.

Dexter Resurrection Review

What made me watch it?

The original Dexter was excellent, but when Dexter: New Blood was released to continue the story, I was left quite disappointed. The ending felt rushed and didn’t do justice to such a brilliant character.

So, when I heard about Dexter: Resurrection, I was both intrigued and sceptical. Could they bring Dexter back in a way that felt authentic, especially after the cliffhanger in New Blood? Curiosity got the better of me, and I had to see how they would continue his journey.

Tagline: The Dark Passenger returns — sharper, darker, and more gripping than ever.

Rise of the Tomb Raider Review

Introduction:

After loving the 2013 reboot of Tomb Raider, I couldn’t wait to dive into its sequel, Rise of the Tomb Raider. At first, I held off because the price felt too steep — but after about three months, I grabbed the base game for £19 from CD-Key.com. While I don’t usually buy new releases so soon, this one was just too tempting to resist.

The game also came with a Season Pass (which I don’t own), but honestly, it felt overpriced for the amount of content on offer, and for PlayStation fans, the biggest frustration at the time was that the game still wasn’t available on PS4.
